“My WiFi on the Opal 2.0 front face appears to have quit working. The HQApp says to hold power button down for several seconds until the WiFi shows and blinks looking for a connection. The WiFi will not come on the OPAL 2.0 but was working previously.”

• Make sure you're holding the power AND light button for 3 seconds to initiate the WiFi connection process (not just the power button).

• The WiFi must have disconnected…. I reset it up on the app and it has been great since:)

• You have to hold down 2 buttons...the clean & power :)
