For anyone having this issue after doing a cleaning, you likely got air in your pump and will need to get the air out. 1. Turn off your ice maker. 2. Make sure both tubes on the back are sealed. 3. Take out the ice tray. 4. In the bottom left of the reservoir there is a small filter, pull it out and you should see a white rubber ring. 5. Fill up the reservoir at least over the white rubber ring. 6. Fill a syringe/turkey baster with water, and insert it into the white rubber ring but do not push the water out yet. 7. Turn the machine on and push the water out of the syringe. Refill and repeat with the machine on until you hear the pump kick on. Once you hear the pump running, that means you've cleared out the air and the ice maker will go back to working as normal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you add a filter if so it could be plug up if not clean it. And if that does not work I would return it. I was having the same problem on mine and had to return it. But I tried to clean it and had put a new filter in it and that did not work
