This microwave is a bit smaller than your ZEM200. It's a lower profile but just a tad shorter than your 24 3/4" current microwave. I don't know about the trim kit but given your current built in measurements, I believe that a kit will be necessary. Good luck. I love this microwave, it fits nicely in my pantry.
