Hello - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. Yes, the water dispensed is at the accurate/ideal temperature for the food or beverage selected. The 4 pre-programmed temperatures include 90° for warm, 150° cocoa, 170° tea, 185° soup or a custom temperature setting with temperatures between 90° and 185°. We hope this helps!
