Hi Cathy - Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear of thse issue with your GE Profile refrigerator and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If foods in the fresh food section are freezing, the refrigerator temperature sensor may be blocked and not able to correctly sense temperature to control cooling. The temperature sensor is located at the top of the refrigerator, on the ceiling above the top shelf. The sensor looks like a dome with slats. Move items so there is 6 inches of clearance around the sensor. Take a look at the following troubleshooting links for tips - BOTTOM FREEZER REFRIGERATOR TOO COLD, FREEZING FOOD: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=23002 - REFRIGERATOR - NO WATER FROM DISPENSER: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=34232 - Also, check the Icemaker pad on the control panel to ensure the Icemaker is On. A qualified GE service technician may be required for an accurate diagnosis. To schedule service online, visit us at GEAppliances.com or call 1.800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). Please have your serial number and your model number available when calling for service. We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! Sue
