QuestionI purchased the model UVH13012M1SS and was missing the wall mounting bracket. I've called GE parts dept to replace but it's not listed on their replacement page so they cannot find it. Do you have any idea which bracket fit this unit?

- Answer Hi there - we're more than happy to provide more information about the mounting bracket for the Kitchen Hub! According to the owner's manual (page 14), we can confirm that the unit should come with the bracket attached to the back of the hub with a set of screws. As mentioned by the manual, you need to release this bracket by removing the two screws that hold it in place. -- If you checked the back of the unit and there was no bracket, we strongly suggest you reach out to us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). If you do, we ask that you provide us with: *Complete model number *Complete Serial Number *A picture of the bracket missing *A copy of this question. -- We hope you found this answer helpful. - Answer Hello Banks - Thank you for the excellent question. We would love to share more about the kitchen Hub. In order to convert the unit to recirculate, the damper mounting plate must be removed and the diverter repositioned. There are no extra materials needed for this, only a simple screwdriver. - Answer Hello Dre, Thank you for this question. The next generation for our Kitchen Hub is slated for a 2021 release. This product comes with a 600-CFM, vertical exhaust ventilation system. This new model can be converted from recirculation to external and vise versa. I hope this helps. Best wishes-Mike

If you are wanting to use the 30" Kitchen Hub in a 36" wide space this will require the use of our 36" Over-the-Range Microwave Accessory Filler Kit (JX36DSS) to properly install. - Answer You could as long as there is a secure Cabinet above the hub as there are 2 mounting bolts on top to support the top of unit.

- Answer Hi MK - The Kitchen Hub is equipped with a screen protection system. Since the Kitchen Hub is installed above a cooking appliance that generates heat, steam, and grease, a Screen Moisture Protection System (Air Curtain) protects the screen by expelling small amounts of air around and below the screen to keep the touchscreen area dry and clean. Highlights of the Air Curtain: *Airflow running down the front of the screen pushes the grease and steam away from the unit, while light air flows from the front, at the bottom. *Reduces grease and moisture from condensing on the screen. *The system is on while the screen is in awake mode, and is off when the screen is in screensaver mode or is turned off. Protection from Moisture: * Operating the cooktop while screen protection system is off may result in condensation on the touchscreen. We recommend that you activate the screen during cooking to prevent this from happening. *If condensation build up continues while protection system is active, turn the ventilation fan “ON” to provide additional protection.
