“Is this unit compatible with installation of an earlier model PSA1201 RSS01? Will I need to put in new mounting supports or will this unit hook on to the existing rail and use the same screw holes. I am interested in the 120 V unit. Thanks.”

Hello Jerry - This model (PSA9240SFSS) is 240 volt, your old model is 120 volt. If you choose to replace your old model with this 240 volt unit, you will need to have your electrical connections configured to accommodate this new unit. The new unit will fit well into your existing space, however you will need to use the new mounting hardware that comes with it, the old mounting hardware should be removed. -Trey@GEA
