Hello Nanascout! Thanks for reaching out to us. Please feel free to reach out to us at our contact page so that we can send you a copy of the Use and Care manual. The silverware basket is located on the right side of the bottom rack of the dishwasher. If you turn off the Dry Boost feature, it will shut off the drying option which will have the dishes air dry naturally. You can open the dishwasher door to speed drying. We hope this helps! Emily@GEA
