“Can someone please tell me about how quiet it is or isn't? Also, I read a review on another website saying with the riser underneath the machine it rattles like crazy. I wonder how true that is as well.”

Hi - Our incredible UltraFast Combo sound level while washing is comparable to any of our other frontload washers. It is important that the Combo is properly installed and leveled, and the shipping bolts are removed to ensure proper operation. While drying the unit is quieter than standard dryers since the drum is insulated and there is no external venting. We have not been made aware of any issues with a rattle sound when installed on the riser. We are confident you will love our UltraFast Combo as much as we do. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA

The beginning of the cycle when the machine does it's first fast spin rocks all over the place and squeals. i paid for the installation and it was level. looking to have the machine taken off the riser and see if it still happens.
