“How do I unlock the dryer? is there a combination of buttons I can press to override the lock? This one very dry load is being held hostage and I cannot get the door open. Timer counts down to 0:01 and never unlocks. Pump filter is not the issue.”

Hello- Thank you for taking the time to send us your question. Sometimes the Load sensing on the unit can take a bit of time. Try pressing pause and if that doesn't do anything, then try pressing the power button to turn the unit off. Also you will want to make sure that your software is up to date to ensure everything is working properly. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Push the stop button the the far right any time during the dry cycle and within a deco d or so the door unlocks. Same button you push to start the wash cycle.
