Do you clean the filter before each use?? There are 2 parts to the filter that require cleaning. The silk( nylon) filter and the foam filter is attached behind the silk - nylon filter

Updates are important as new features and/or performance optimizations may become available at any time. Also, we understand the presence of lint can be concerning. To ensure proper operation, our recommendation is to follow the directions to clean the filters when you see a reminder on the display. If you continue to see "load sensing" on the display for hours as you described, we recommend calling Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your unit checked by one of our highly trained service technicians.
