We have ours on the second floor. This genius of a machine can be moved upstairs. 3 men moved ours. Don't hesitate. Buy it! It's amazing. However! The contractor booked by Best Buy wouldn't carry it up the stairs. VERY disappointing. We got our persons to do it. So when you buy it and set up delivery be sure to insist that they will carry it up the stairs. This company refused to lift above their knees. It's my understanding that Best Buy will have multiple choice of who to contract for the delivery. You must insist they do their homework before they book someone.

It's important to make sure that the upper floor can support the Combo. To make sure the Combo does not vibrate or move, you may have to reinforce the floor. If the floor is in poor condition, use 3/4" impregnated plywood sheet and solidly attach it to the existing floor covering.
