If you go from under the sink and grab the right fittings from a hardware store, I don’t see why not. You could probably put a tee fitting on the hose under the sink and put a valve on it. Then you could connect/disconnect the garden or washer dryer hose to the appliance at your leisure.

This Unicoupler (WH41X36697) comes with all the parts needed: cap, unicoupler, faucet attachments and allows you to hook up to a sink faucet and drain into the sink. You do not drain into a standpipe. Please understand, this is not a portable unit. The installation would be semi-permanent due to the size of the Combo. You can unhook the hose to use your sink, but the Combo is not on wheels and can't be rolled away when you're finished. We hope this helps. Kind regards - Vikki@GEAppliances
