Good day, Thanks so much for your question! Two Combos can be hooked up next to each other and run simultaneously and independent of each other. They need to each have dedicated 120V outlets. The drain hoses can share the same standpipe as long as its ID is greater than 1.5”. The water hookups can be shared used two adapters as follows: With a short hose and a y adapter the HOT line can accommodate both hoses for HOT water to each unit; and, with a separate short hose and y adapter the COLD line can accommodate two hoses for COLD water to each unit.
