Hello, Thank you so much for your interest in our new 2-in-1 combo! We designed this model with an easy installation in mind. You don't even need a dryer exhaust vent to take advantage of all this model has to offer. As long as the space you are putting it in has a hot and cold water hookup as well as a minimum 15 AMP/120 V dedicated circuit to plug into, then you can install it in your apartment.
