“Have the GE generate and is stuck wont do anything and turns automatically off, what can I do???”

Next, if your Combo pauses or has to be restarted, or Combo door is locked and will not open, the pump filter may be clogged. Follow the cleaning instructions for the pump filter on page 21 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the Best Buy product page. -- Also check to see if your breaker has been tripped or partially tripped; if the unit is tripping the breaker than we recommend service. Additionally, if the troubleshooting tips listed above do not resolve the issue, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed.
