• We do that. I think it's a good idea to let it dry and air out.

• Hello. There is no need to leave the door open after using. The Combo will dry out the inside of the unit extremely well because it finishes with a dry cycle. Your Combo is treated with Microban® so areas, like the gasket, dispenser, drain pump and drain tube are well protected. We know you will enjoy your Combo!- Kianna@GEA
