Hello- Thank you for taking the time to send us your question. Sometimes the Load sensing on the unit can take a bit of time. Try pressing pause and if that doesn't do anything, then try pressing the power button to turn the unit off. Also you will want to make sure that your software is up to date to ensure everything is working properly. If you find that you are still having this really long load sense, like longer than 10 mins, then we would recommend calling our service team at:1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET Saturday – Sunday: Closed. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Push the stop button the the far right any time during the dry cycle and within a deco d or so the door unlocks. Same button you push to start the wash cycle.
