Hi there - We are sorry to hear you're having these issues with your Combo. We encourage you to ensure that the pump filter is clean, that your unit is draining properly, and that you're leaving enough room in each load for clothes to tumble so they can wash and dry properly. If these tips do not solve the issue, run a self-clean cycle before your next load. Know that if you need it, you do have a one-year warranty with us that you can take advantage of by calling 1-800-432-2737. One of our great servicemen would be happy to investigate why your model is dripping water and causing your clothes to have this bad smell. We're also here if you have additional questions. -Kacie@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have washed 4 loads of clorhes since we got ours. We did 2 on Sunday and 2 on Monday we have not had any issues with the clothes smelling bad or dripping water
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have only had my unit for almost a month now, but I have done many loads so far. I did have some water dripping, but it was because I did not realize the filter was full of lint. The unit reminded me to clean the filter the next time I powered it on and after cleaning the filter it did not drip anymore. As far as a really bad smell goes...that is definitely not normal. It should be covered under manufacturers warranty. I would definitely call the manufacturer or Best Buy if you have coverage with them.
