There is no need for gas connection. All you need is a 110 volt outlet. It is ventless, and uses an internal heat pump to dry your clothes, so you do not need to use gas.

Hello- Thank you for your question and interest in the new Ultrafast combo. We do not have a gas version currently. Might we add this unit has a greater Energy Savings with the Ventless Heat Pump Technology and a High-Airflow Ventless Drying System that deliver 50% more energy-efficient drying. To help with over drying, the UltraFast Combo uses sensors, lower temperatures, and high airflow for maximum care of all your laundry. We hope this helps you decide. Heat pumps are electric only. They're also more efficient than gas and cost even less to run per load. Instead of using gas or electric heat to push hot air through the clothes and outside, they cycle the same air through the dryer in a loop, heating the air to increase its capacity for moisture then cooling it to condense the moisture out and dry the air, then heating that dry air and sending it back through the drum for more moisture.
