“I use Norwex he detergent and it uses just a small amount of liquid for a load. If I fill up the dispenser, is Norwex in the app so that it can dispense the proper amount without over dosing the load with suds?”

I checked and Norwex is not listed in the app. You would have to use the generic listing.

For the best performance, we do recommend using specifically high efficiency detergent for our Combo; as long as you’re using a high efficiency detergent, it should work well! When you use the SmartHQ app, you can select the specific type of detergent so the dosage is adjusted based on the detergent manufacturer’s recommendations.
