We've had one for about 6 months. Really like it, but some loads don't fully dry. Is there a trick to drying? We also deal with dog hair which seems to get stuck in the vents at the bottom of the door in the rubber piece. What's the best way to clean? null

They are coming out with a software release to address the pet here that will remove it for washes. Hopefully that will help.

Hello - Thanks for reaching out. Because your Combo dries clothes at a consistent temperature in a sealed drum, they may not feel as dry or as warm on first touch. Just take them out and they will feel dry in a few seconds. For the best drying performance, please make sure the Combo has the latest software update using the SmartHQ app. If this doesn't prove helpful, we recommend that you review the "Clothes too wet" section for troubleshooting tips on how to resolve this situation.

To help with the pet hair, please remove any foreign objects found trapped inside the gasket. It is highly recommended that you run the Self Clean to ensure that the gasket is cleaned as part of that maintenance step.
