First, make sure the Combo is sitting level on the floor. A quick way to check is by gently pushing on the back right corner and then the front left corner. If the unit rocks or shifts, adjust the rubber leveling legs until all four legs are firmly touching the floor. Once adjusted, tighten the lock nuts against the base of the Combo to keep everything secure. Note: If the floor underneath is uneven or weak, placing a 3/4" impregnated plywood sheet securely over the existing flooring can help create a more stable surface. Another common cause of shaking or loud sounds is an unbalanced load. Pause the cycle, open the door, and redistribute the items evenly inside the drum. To test whether the machine itself is operating normally, run a rinse and spin cycle with the drum empty. If the Combo runs smoothly with no load, the issue was likely caused by the load being off balance.
