If you're referring to putting one machine in each unit/apartment, yes, each tenant should be able to connect a unit to their own network, if not, it would be weird that other tenants can control each other's machine.

If you're referring to putting multiple machines in a laundry room, then all machines should still be able to connect to a single network.

If you have doubts call GE tech support.

I only have the one, but in theory I would say Yes.  Just like normally every tenant has there own internet account.
