“We have a whole house water softener system and use a small amount of detergent with our current washer. Can the amount of detergent used for each wash be chosen or does the unit dispense the same amount of detergent for every wash?”

Using the smart dispense detergent and fabric softener system you can change the amount dispensed from auto to less, and if you turn on the AI learning after a few washes the machine will auto dispense using the less setting
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have to fill the reservoir. You can manually put in your soap for every load of laundry. I have to say that it does a great job of dispensing soap and softener itself. I have done 38 loads of laundry so far and have not needed to add more soap yet and the app still says my level is good.

Please try again later.Hi - Our Profile UltraFast Combo unit will allow you to manually add the amount of detergent you wish to use with the manual dispensers or you can choose to use the SmartDispense feature. With the SmartDispense feature, on "Auto " the washer will sense the size of the load and based on your settings will determine the correct amount of detergent to use. The amount used equals approximately 1.5 oz for an 8 lb load. If that's too much detergent, you can choose "Less", which will use approximately 40% less.
