“Hi there! curious about sound ratings?! is the either drying or washing louder than the other? would love a sound rating for both operations as we intend to install upstairs (both unfortunately and fortunately in the masterbath).”

On our unit without riser the drying cycle is about 60 dB measure from the top front. I did d not measure washing, since it seems comparable to other front load washers.

We are very excited to introduce this new model to our consumers as it is an innovative, well-thought-out machine. The sound level of the Combo during the wash cycle is comparable to any of our other frontload washers. That said, It is important that the unit be properly installed ensuring it is level and that the shipping bolts have been removed. In drying, the unit is quieter than standard dryers since the drum is insulated and there is no external venting.
