Havent had that happen yet. Try upgrading the firmware on the app. It would tell you It needs to be updated

If you have not already done so we strongly recommend you update the software of your new Combo washer/dryer. By downloading the latest software, the wash and drying performance of the unit is optimized, and you will have access to additional wash cycle selections and AI features. If you have already completed the latest software update and are still experiencing an issue with the fabric softener dispenser we recommend scheduling an appointment to have GE Appliances service take a look at your unit.
