“My washer won't drain the water on the rinse cycle. I cleaned the filter inside and in the back. It keeps saying OE which indicates it is NOT draining. What do I do?”

Well I imagine it's pointless to answer your question now as I'm sure you've either gotten it fixed or replaced it but generally you'd have a clogged drain pump filter or even an inoperable drain pump that needs to be replaced. Sometimes it's a clogged drain line. If you wash a lot of clothing with pet dander and stuff like that to clog the lines or maybe something that was left in the pockets that could've clogged the line too
