“How do you load the third rack, just lay the flatware on top? There are a multitude of notches, do you place the knives, etc. perpendicular to the rack, in the slots?”

Hello GalenaBob - We appreciate the excellent question about this amazing feature. The 3rd rack is meant for silverware and other small/flat items. For the most effective cleaning, we do suggest using the notches to separate your flatware.
