I had the same issue. Find the model number and go to GE via their website or call them and you can order new ones. They are plastic and somewhat of a pain to install. They run around $50 for a set depending on what model. Once they are in it will make a big difference. Unfortunately you will have to undue everything and then reinstall- not ideal. You might want to tell the installers you needed those and see if they can help.
