• Covers troubleshooting and reinstalling drivers. If you need parts it will cover the installation but not the purchase of the needed part. It does cover up to three devices and I am glad it did. Within 2 weeks of the first repair on a laptop, my sons laptop hard drive crashed. It was covered under warranty so they will take care of everything after warranty
