“are the earbud tips brand new, or refurbished as well?”

• Well, my first pair of refurbished only had Small and Large. No medium. She they can’t send Medium. They sent a second beats. I just got it today and still no Medium. Maybe they don’t give them bc this is 2/2 with out medium. I just opened the case and there’s Nothing attached to the earbud once again. I’ll call but I’m sure they don’t know what’s going on still.

• The original medium ear bud tips did not come with the refurbished ear buds but it did have new ear bud tips in the small and large size.

• Mine had new small and large. The medium were missing.
