I purchased the one year plan for all my computers. Compared this to the service I received from a local individually owned store. The Geek Squad was less expensive,fixed my computer in 2 days. I have purchase computers,printers and other electronic equipment from them. They do stand by their product. I would say the only area you have to watch is some of their sales people around the holidays are part time and don't really know everything. Ask Questions ,until you are satisfied. Hope that helps!
