“When I get a motion sensor picture sent to my smart phone is there any way I can save this? I don't currently have a SD card, although will this motion sensor picture be sent to my SD card? And if it does what format is this picture, can it be downloaded?”

Hi, James. Since you do not have an SD card installed on the Camera, all the files will be saved on the phone storage. You may check it on your Photos or Gallery.
