You should have gotten an email, I just submitted a review because I got my code but when I tried to redeem it I would get web pages that would infinitely load. I looked it up and saw it could be server issues. Tried it recently and the code expired. Super disappointed, maybe check ur spam folder hopefully ur code hasn’t expired

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to have the card installed, go into nvidia app, and click on rewards and hit redeem where it says arc raiders. Also try "resending the code" it says it when you see your purchase in the best buy app. That should work for you.
