Open the Play Station Store and on the lower left side hit X on the redeem codes and then they'll guide you through the rest.

Please try again later.From the main PS4 dashboard, you’ll want to select the PlayStation Store app. Once that loads, go all the way to the bottom of the list on the left hand side. Select the option “Redeem Code” and enter your code there. You’ll likely need to download the item(s) your code is for after entering the code as well but it should give you the option to do that immediately.
