• Yes, just insert the disk into the ps5 console and it will download the game automatically

• It gets a 60 FPS increase on PS5 from the 30 FPS on PS4. Runs much better thanks to the power increase in the PS5. So currently it's only a frame rate increase which helps with this game tremendously.
