A:Answer Yes. Scamstop's exclusivity agreement was only for 9 months. Bought my copy from them unfortunately. Paid for a "new" copy. Got the typical beat up manhandled display shelf unwrapped and opened game case/box and cartridge pulled from a drawer. Should have just waited the month and got it "ACTUALLY NEW".
So again, yes. This is the non-exclusive re-release of the standard physical version. Now available in original sealed shrink-wrap, and drawer dust free.
