You can hook up this Audio System to a Smart Tv or any other TV using a RCA Stereo jack. No controls can be allowed though. There's no Optical Audio input on the speaker system and this decreases the quality of the audio. And, there's no Audio Out option on the speaker systeml to reproduce the sound on your TV
