Can you upgrade the SSD and/or RAM on this laptop? null

Yes it actually has 2 m.2 ssd slots so you can keep the 512gb drive as a boot drive and the ram is also upgradable although you would have to swap both sticks out and honestly 16gb is plenty for most people

Yes their are M.2 2280 x 2 (PCIe Gen3x4*1 , PCIe Gen4x4*1 ) and 2x DDR5 Slots
