• It should be a 60hz panel, ive never seen a 4k oled panel at more than 60hz.

• The only 4k device with above a 60hz display is the Razer Blade 17in. It has 4k 120hz. Also the new Asus Zephyrus Duo 4k version is supposed to have a 4k 120hz display. Both those laptops come with massive pricetags. Anything else 4k will be 60hz.
