• I don't know about the 3080, but on my 3070ti it recognized it as a 10 Bit monitor with 144.056 Hz

• I have a 3080 Founders Edition and it recognizes 10 bit in the nvidia control panel

• Found Answer Myself - If I lowered the Frame Rate it would be recognized as a 10 Bit Monitor @30 Fps Had to do same to my Gigabyte M27Q Monitor -Lowered it to 60 Refresh Rate and it is seen by the RTX3080 as 10-Bit via HDMI 2.1 Ports (Display port is a No Go).
