An experience!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im sill in a honeymoon phase with this monitor to be honest. It hits all of the checkboxes I personally look for. 4k-check, 144hz-check, large screen-check, great HDR-check, deep black levels-check. Its not an OLED by any means but the contrast levels are still VERY good. It also gets very bright, which is needed for a good HDR experience. I would recommend updating the firmware as it is much needed. Also, the built in KVM is a bonus and has already come in handy for work. Overall this monitor is phenomenal and i would recommend to those looking for a larger display, maybe not to everyone. If you have the desk space for it.

THE best 43" LED 4k Monitor for Your Budget
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AMAZING monitor, especially for the price!! I wanted a monitor that would fit my needs: Work from Home, Gaming, TV replacement. This one delivers EASILY. Set up is very easy, the resolution is spectacular but best of all, it's FAR cheaper than its competitors for equal quality. Recommended to all of my friends and already convinced 2 as of posting this!!

Basically a TV, not complaining
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use my pc as my entertainment hub, gaming, working (sometimes), and streaming shows and moveies. This Monitor is it. It is well priced for what it does. Console and pc gaming couldn’t be better at this price point. Don’t expect it to be like an LG big monitor because it isn’t. But this monitor it’s great!!

Great monitor (with tweaks)
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic monitor with few aggravations. Color certainly needs to be tweaked out of the box. Super bright and over saturated on default settings, but mess around with the different modes and colors and you will get it there. Second nit pick is that it (sometimes) takes an extended time to switch inputs or sometimes between a transition. Just sit with a black screen before the resolution finally pops up and then voila, picture. Great monitor, great size. Would recommend

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried it for the size and specs, but was sorely disappointed. First the lag of the software... Using it to change settings was slow, but the bigger pain was having 2 devices contected to it and trying to switch back and forth in any amount of resonable time. I had my PC and Roku Ultra connected to it and going back and forth confused the monitor to the point I got fed up waiting on it and turned everything off. I just went black screen at one point and any button press wasn't immediately recognized, from a foot and a half away. Picture quality... it was decently vibrant, but over saturated. Blacks were not very good, even for a VA panel. Then the HDR implementation was terrible. The brightness was so bright that it blew out simple things, not just highlights. Then if you turned down the brightness, the contrast made it look gray or cloudy. I think the problem is the native 8bit panel. It is 4K and is HDR, but the fact that it's only an 8bit+FRC panel with sub-par processing, low zone count (8), and poor local dimming, this is not a monitor I'd want or even could recommend. I've tried a few different monitors and landed on the 43" QN90B. Side by side, the Samsung was much better hands down. Then again, it has a true 10bit panel and is true 120hz unlike the 43" QN90A. In game mode it peaks at 144hz and looks great. The pics are a little dramatic because the camera doesn't capture it very good, but you can see the difference. Also the dark spot in the center isn't there in real life, more of the issue with the camera. Also, these pics are weeks old, so not stock advice lol! Thoughts... this is not a serious monitor. I had it price matched down to $635, but even at that price, there are much better options. I just couldn't deal with the terrible HDR, and that's the heart of 4K. I wanted a monitor that would double as a good tv and gaming monitor, but this was not it and it wasn't close. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere. I don't even think I'd buy it for a kid. Keep in mind also, this monitor came out in 2019 I believe.

Aorus FV43U
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just finished building my new rig. Ryzen9 5900x, XFX 6900xt, Crucial P5 M.2G4, Corsair vengeance 32GB 3600mhz, EVGA 850w GQ Aorus B550 Mother board. Originally, I purchased a Aorus FI32q-x (1440 @ 240mhz) i wasn't to impressed so i returned it and grabbed this....OMG this thing is AMAZING!! awesome colors 4k@ 144hz on a 43 display is just stunning. Luckly, I have a 5ft desk so setting up this and my other Gigabyte G32qc mounted in portrait mode is possible. playing Warzone in 4k looks great I didn't think i would see much of a difference but I did. Valhalla is on a different level in 4k at max settings and I'm still hitting 70FPS consistently.

PS5 ONWERS BEWARE
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im pretty sure this monitor would be good for pc and I actually heard it works great with X-BOX X/S. On the contrary PS5 owners DO NOT BUY this monitor will be waisting your time. Only because you cant use the 120 fps the PS5 can put out because for some reason, this monitor is not compatable with ps5 on that. Otherwise, 4k at 60fps looks great thats way i gave it 3stars instead of 1star.
