Dell - UltraSharp 27" IPS LED 120Hz Monitor (USB, HDMI) - Platinum Silver, Silver

This is not a review of the Dell UltraSharp monitor but of the poor service provided by Best Buy. When I purchased, my order said that the monitor would be delivered to me Next Day. Indeed, that was the only reason I purchased the monitor from Best Buy (I had pickup options at other stores). But when they shipped with UPS, Best Buy specified "UPS Ground" as the service -- the slowest and cheapest of the delivery options. The end result is that the monitor was delivered 2 days later than planned, and that caused some headaches for us. I called Best Buy support line a couple of times to get status. The first time, the representative simply lied, assuring me that the package would be delivered on time, even though the UPS status said otherwise. The second time, after staying on hold for 20 minutes, the representative abruptly dropped the call. I thought they would call back in a few minutes (they have all my information and verified it on the call), but no call back arrived. Stay away from Best Buy if you want to get your equipment delivered on time. Instead of paying for Next Day service, as promised, they will apply the cheapest shipping to save themselves some money and you will be left holding the bag. Beware!

Monitor performs exactly as sales associate described. Sharp, brilliant, vibrant, and minimal eye strain.

Purchased 2 of the same monitor at the same time and they are not the same. Apparently, one was manufactured later than the other, so that means the LED power indicators are different brightness, the firmware numbers are different even though both are "up-to-date". Additionally, the USB cable it comes with is way too short being only 3ft for a $400 monitor.
