• Yes, this motherboard does support the 3000, and you can tell by the pin configuration, or the “package”, as it’s called on the AMD website. AM4 is the default

• The motherboard should say that it supports ryzen 3rd gen in the item description, if not I would contact the seller if the motherboard has the latest BIOS update,
