“Does it have internal speakers? If so how is the sound quality. Looking to upgrade for my gaming PC”

• Yes it has built in speakers. I use a display port so my nvidia drivers control the speaker and it sounds great. I use it for zoom meetings mostly and the audio is pretty clear.
