Hi Tarzan, Yes this monitor does support connection to a PS4. However your console wont support the 21:9 resolution and you will have black bars on the side. Also 60hz is the limit for the PS4. Hope this helps!

Yes but PS4 does not produce an ultrawide image. So while it will work, you'll have black bars on either side.

Yes but it will not run ultra wide. I don’t suggest this purely for console gaming because neither the ps4 or 5 support 21:9 ratio.

It has display and hdmi ports I’m not sure what ps4 can output
