I don't have a Roku stick, but if it has an HDMI connection it should work.

Hi Ronps, Yes this will support a Roku stick and other media devices. Note there will be black bars since most smart TV devices do not support the 21:9 aspect ratio for ultrawide monitors, so will display in standard 16:9. Hope this helps! - John
