Since the included charger is rated at 150W, you probably could, but it would be a bit slower. I might suggest using it as a backup, emergency, or traveling charger, if you want to avoid paying for a second charger and already have one rated at 140W (with the connector possessing a port or correct size and polarity) in your possession.
