Absolutely not. You can probably count on one hand the number of laptops with an upgradeable GPU; almost all are not cards, like they are in a desktop, but just separate chips, microsoldered into the motherboard (look up "microsoldering" for more information on how problematic this is). You might, conceivably, be able to replace the entire motherboard more easily.
